We had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location right beside the river in a beautiful lush garden setting made it such a serene and peaceful place to stay. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a perfect escape.

Room had a good outlook over river, plus quiet and secluded.

Exceptionally poor service from the staff at reception, left a day early as a result and went to a better hotel close to the airport, The hotel is too far from Denpasar and there is a lack of taxis servicing the hotel.

Staff was kindly as always. Every place we needed, such as bali zoo was easy walk to this hotel. It is so close to the airport.

Location was great, set in a beautiful garden along a river. the communal pool was amazing and provided a great way to cool off. Also enjoyed the free shuttle offered to go explore nearby attractions.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked it to be and the towels were old and stained. the staff were not always the friendliest and seemed to be in a bad mood at times.

My friends & I were a little disappointed as both villas that we got were rather dusty and dirty.

I loved the design and the authentic look of the hotel. I stayed at the plunge pool room and it was exceptional. The plunge pool and outdoor toilet were bigger than we thought. Everything about the hotel is exceptional.

The outdoor toilet and bathtub were clogged but they fixed it pronto without us even mentioning. And remember to bring toothbrush and toothpaste cos it;'s not provided and replenished and they only gave us one when we asked for it lol

Gorgeous scenery, spacious rooms with private balcony, peaceful location, unique traditional architecture, clean pool area, friendly staff.

The location is like heaven. The kindness of the staff is superb. The shuttle service is oke till in the night.

Located in a quiet area, this hotel is surrounded by a beautiful lush garden setting along a river. the rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as fresh fruit, a refrigerator, and a safe. the breakfast is decent, and there is a shuttle service to nearby Ubud market.

The Wi-Fi signal is not very strong in certain areas of the hotel.

The hotel is nestled in the heart of a lush tropical garden, complete with a calming river and waterfall. The spacious rooms have a private over-water balcony and are kept immaculately clean. The hotel staff is friendly, attentive and never hesitate to go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect during our stay. Lastly, we can't forget the delicious cappuccinos made by the hotel barista!

Couldn't fault anything about this hotel, it was a delightful stay.

Our villa had a stunning setting with a view of the river and the surrounding greenery that made us feel like we were in paradise. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling. The shuttle service to the nearby town was helpful and made it easy to explore.

The villa needed some maintenance work. The bathroom felt outdated and needed some cleaning, and the air conditioning didn't work properly, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.
